Bank, designed to encourage understanding and promote the use of science,
technology and information in development.

Dutch organizations that are dedicated to the advancements of the socio-economic
position of underpriviliged groups in developing countries. To achieve
this aim, the TOOL organizations promote technologytransfer to, from and
among these countries.
